Ingredients
Chicken weight loss Salad Ingredients:
- One lb cooked chicken breast meat, Four cups diced
- Two cups seedless red grapes, halved
- One cup celery, cut in One half lengthwise then sliced, (from three sticks of celery)
- Half cup red onion, finely chopped (half medium red onion)
- One cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
Chicken Salad Recipe Dressing
- Half cup mayonnaise
- Half cup sour cream, or plain Greek yogurt
- Two Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Two Tbsp dill, finely chopped
- Half tsp according to taste
- Half tsp black pepper

Direction
- Place the pecans on a dry skillet over medium heat and toast for five minutes, tossing frequently until golden brown and fragrant then transfer to a cutting board and coarsely chop and set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, mix diced chicken, halved grapes, sliced celery, chopped onion, and cooled pecans.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of the dressing ingredients and toss to combine.
- Add all of the dressing to the salad, or add it to taste and stir until the salad is evenly coated with dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
