How to make Salmon and Eggs on Toast
Eggs and milk should be forcefully whisked until combined and foamy.
Over medium heat, add eggs to a nonstick pan that has been coated with cooking oil. Allow the eggs to firm a little on the bottom.
Then, push an egg edge into the pan’s center and let the liquid eggs on the top slide into the pan’s edges.
Push the edges up and stir gently to create big curds. Avoid over-stirring the eggs.
Add scrambled eggs and chopped smoked salmon to toast, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then serve.
