Ingredients For BLT Pasta Weight Loss Salad Recipe
- Six oz uncooked rotini pasta, about 2 – 3 cups
- Two cups iceberg lettuce, chopped and dry
- One and a half cups cherry tomatoes halved
- Eight oz bacon, baked and chopped
- One-third cup red onion, finely chopped
For the Dressing salad
- One-fourth cup of Ranch dressing
- One-fourth cup of sour cream
- Half cup mayonnaise
- Two garlic cloves, chop up
- Three Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- One-fourth tsp sea salt according to taste
- One-fourth tsp ground black pepper or according to taste

Direction
- Cook pasta according to the given instructions, drain the pasta and rinse under cold water, set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing and whisk until creamy.
- In a salad bowl, add the cooked pasta, chopped lettuce, halved tomatoes, cooked bacon, and chopped red onion and mix.
- Just before serving, add the dressing to taste and gently mix until combined.
