Israel continued its bombardment of Hamas targets in Gaza overnight. The Israeli air force claimed to have destroyed Hamas militants atop high-rise buildings and hiding under Mosques. It also claims to have eliminated two militants belonging to the Najaba force. However, one of the missile strikes hit a cafe in Khan Younis area of the Palestinian enclave killing 11 people.
