Ingredients
- 2 bowls of Sweet Potato, Sliced into one-fourth-inch rounds.
- 1 teaspoon of red chili Powder
- 1 Sliced Avocado
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion Powder
- 1 Cup of boiled chickpeas washed & dried.
- 2 cups of chopped cucumbers
- 4-7 bowls of packed shredded Tuscan kale
- 1 bowl of chopped packed mixed fresh herbs of Your choice.
- 1 Cup of two sliced Red or black Color seedless grapes
- Half teaspoon of Himalayan Pink salt One-fourth teaspoon of ground black pepper
For dressing
- Two tablespoons of maple syrup around 30 ml
- Half a cup of vegetarian mayonnaise about 120 grams
- One-fourth teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
- Two tablespoons of Dijon mustard around 30 grams
- One tablespoon of lemon Juice around 15 ml
- One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar around 15 ml
- One tablespoon stone ground mustard around 15 grams
- One-fourth of fresh cracked black pepper

How to make Avocado Tuscan Kale Weight loss salad
Preheat Your oven to 425 ° f.
Place your cut sweet potatoes on a baking sheet with the chickpeas.
Now Sprinkle some red chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Himalayan Pink salt & ground black Pepper & mix them.
Now transfer them into the oven & bake them for 30- 35 Minutes until the sweet Potatoes are boiled & chickpeas become crispy.
Once they are cooked take them out of the oven & keep them aside.
Now in the medium Bowl mix them together with the dressing until they are completely smooth..
