Ingredients for Pear & Pomegranate weight loss Salad with Orange Poppyseed Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Three  cups of baby spinach packed
  • One  pear sliced or chopped
  • One-fourth cup of pomegranate arils
  • One-fourth cup of feta cheese crumbled
  • One-fourth cup of pecans halved

Orange Poppyseed Vinaigrette

  • One-third cup of  orange juice freshly squeezed
  • One-fourth cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • One tbsp dijon mustard
  • One  tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • One-fourth tsp salt
  • One  tbsp of poppyseed
  • One  tbsp of honey

Directions

  1. For the salad, add the fresh spinach to a large bowl and layer the remaining ingredients on top.

Orange Poppyseed Vinaigrette

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium size jar. Tighten the lid and shake them well until they are thoroughly mixed.
