- Three cups of baby spinach packed
- One pear sliced or chopped
- One-fourth cup of pomegranate arils
- One-fourth cup of feta cheese crumbled
- One-fourth cup of pecans halved
Orange Poppyseed Vinaigrette
- One-third cup of orange juice freshly squeezed
- One-fourth cup of extra virgin olive oil
- One tbsp dijon mustard
- One tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- One-fourth tsp salt
- One tbsp of poppyseed
- One tbsp of honey

Directions
