Ingredients for Antipasto Weight loss Salad
- 1 head of romaine of fresh lettuce chopped
- ½ cup of fresh red onion sliced
- ¼ cup roasted fresh red peppers drained and patted dry
- ½ cup of jumbo black olives halved
- Half cup green olives halved
- Half cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 400 grams of marinated artichoke hearts drained and patted dry
- Half cup of dried pepperoni chopped
- Half a cup of fresh mozzarella chopped
- Five whole pepperoncinis
- 2 tbsp of parsley leaves chopped
Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Half cup extra virgin olive oil
- One-fourth cup of red wine vinegar
- One-eighth tsp of garlic powder
- Half tsp of salt
- One-eighth tsp of black pepper

Directions
- Add all the salad ingredients to a large bowl.
