- 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg lightly whisked
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cups quinoa cooked
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make Healthy Quinoa Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chicken should be cut into cubes and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Prepare 3 bowls for the following: flour, egg, and quinoa.
Shake off any excess flour after coating the chicken.
Shake off the excess after dipping the chicken in the egg.
Finally, sprinkle some quinoa over the chicken and give it a gentle press to help it adhere.
Place the chicken nuggets side by side on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
